These terms apply to the Deep Code website, public project estimator, and Deep Code plugin for ChatGPT.
Planning information, not a binding proposal
Estimates, timelines, service descriptions, recommendations, and sample projects are provided for early planning. They are not a binding quotation, promise, warranty, or offer to enter a contract. Final scope, price, delivery timing, responsibilities, and support terms require a separate written agreement.
Project scope and ongoing support
Deliverables, acceptance criteria, payment milestones, revisions, third-party costs, and post-launch support are agreed in writing before work begins. New features or changes outside the agreed scope require agreement on any additional cost and timing. Support coverage and response times depend on the agreed service plan.
Consultation requests
Submitting a request allows Deep Code to review the information and contact you about the project. It does not create a client relationship or require either party to proceed. You are responsible for providing accurate information and authority to share it.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, submit malicious content, impersonate another person, or use the service in violation of applicable law or third-party rights. Automated abuse and attempts to bypass limits may be blocked.
Content and intellectual property
Deep Code owns or licenses the website, plugin, designs, software, brand assets, and original content. Sample solution previews illustrate capabilities and do not transfer ownership or promise identical deliverables. Ownership for commissioned work is defined in the applicable project agreement.
Availability and responsibility
The service is provided on an “as available” basis. Deep Code may update, suspend, or discontinue features and does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Deep Code is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from reliance on preliminary estimates or public planning information.
Changes and contact
These terms may be updated as the service changes. The effective date above identifies the current version. Questions about these terms can be sent through the Deep Code website.
