Estimate questions
Plugin estimates are minimum starting planning ranges. Include the project type, selected features, currency, and what looks incorrect when contacting us. Do not include passwords, payment details, private keys, or sensitive business data.
Consultation request support
If you submitted a request and need to correct it, contact Deep Code using the same email address and mention the request number shown by the plugin.
Plugin troubleshooting
- Confirm the Deep Code plugin is installed and selected in your ChatGPT Work conversation.
- Retry read-only service or estimate requests after a short wait if a rate limit appears.
- For a consultation request, provide contact details only when you want Deep Code to follow up.
- Report the action you attempted, the approximate time, and the visible error message.
