Information we receive
Browsing services, sample projects, and planning estimates through the Deep Code plugin does not require your name, email, or phone number.
If you voluntarily request a consultation, Deep Code receives the details you approve ChatGPT to send: your name, email address, optional company and phone number, project requirements, selected features, timeline, support preference, and calculated estimate.
How we use information

Deep Code does not sell personal information. We do not use consultation details to make automated eligibility or credit decisions.
Website analytics and retention
The public website uses first-party analytics to count visits and understand how features are used. Application analytics use an IP-derived identifier, approximate country, and page and product-intent events. These identifiers are pseudonymous and do not necessarily identify a unique person. Hosting security logs may also contain IP addresses. Anonymous activity events are retained for up to 30 days and capped at 50,000 rows.
Browser storage may remember your language or appearance preferences. Secure session cookies support staff sign-in. The public visitor display shows aggregate counts and approximate countries, not individual contact details.
Consultation records are retained while needed to respond, manage the potential client relationship, maintain business records, resolve disputes, and meet applicable legal obligations. You may ask Deep Code to review or delete information where applicable.
ChatGPT and service providers
When you use Deep Code inside ChatGPT, OpenAI processes your interaction under its own terms and policies. Deep Code receives only the information ChatGPT sends to the selected plugin tool. Hosting and infrastructure providers may process limited information to operate the service on Deep Code's behalf.
Security and your choices
Deep Code uses access controls, transport encryption, input validation, rate limits, and restricted administrative access. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.
